This eventually lead to my work helping scale the operations of a multi-billion dollar annuity company which resulted in our team winning numerous awards for excellence in customer experience.

I reside in Raleigh, and have a beautiful family of five, and have been incredibly blessed in my life. I’m a cook, a karaoke singer, a reader, and a self-ascribed comedian (although my kids may disagree).
